And a little trick, becoming a member will actually give you discounts for commissions, work toward community goals, and let you see artwork before it's released publicly

TOS

  • All prices are USD, paid via PayPal or Ko-Fi

  • It is not my responsibility to check if you have a Ko-fi member discount. You must tell me and I’ll refund you the money after payment has been received through Ko-fi

  • Either the full payment or half must be sent before I start on your order. I will not send the final un-watermarked piece until after I've received full payment.

  • I need a clear reference of the character(s) you'd like me to draw. I will not work without references, if I deem your reference to be lacking but you clearly communicate the idea you have I'll still do it for an additional fee.

  • A sketch will be sent to you before any more progress is made - this is where major changes can be requested. After the sketch has been approved, full refunds will no longer be available and more major changes will incur a fee. The amount that can be refunded after the sketching phase will depend on how complete the order is.

  • During the sketching phase you get unlimited minor changes but only 3 major changes to the sketch before I charge extra. So be prepared with what you want!

  • Minor changes can be made after the commission is completed for free

  • All commissions come with a transparent and/or simple color background (unless otherwise discussed)

  • I have no time guarantee when commissioning me. I have a lot going on. If you need the piece to be done by a certain date that will incur an extra fee (depending on how quick).

  • I reserve the right to use the art I create in portfolios or to post online.

  • You are free to use commissioned artwork anywhere as long as you credit me. If you monetize my work then I will be entitled to compensation (i.e. T-shirt, mousepad, etc)

  • All commissioned artwork is for personal use only. My art may not be used commercially (placing my art on merchandise, using my art to advertise a product, etc.) unless otherwise discussed

  • My watermark may not be removed from the final product unless otherwise discussed

  • I'll keep you updated with the progress of the piece. If I go radio silent for a while feel free to gently request an update. I don't bite!

  • My art may not be minted as NFTs, be involved in cryptocurrency transactions, or be used to train AI

  • Attempting to receive a refund after completion (via a chargeback or otherwise) will result in you getting blacklisted from commissioning me in the future

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

  • Going against my TOS will lead to consequences dependent on the severity
